3. Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in, businesses and other legal entities located in Burke County, Georgia, an underserved community as defined in Chapter 3, Section III of the NCUA Chartering and FOM Manual; (App. 6/14/01)

4. Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in, businesses and other legal entities located in Jefferson County, Georgia, an underserved community as defined in Chapter 3, Section III of the NCUA Chartering and FOM Manual;

5. Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; volunteers in the community; members of the immediate family or household; and organizations of such persons."
